1) Where we ship
We currently ship to:
- France (Metropolitan)
- Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands
- Switzerland, United Kingdom
- United States, Canada, Australia
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, and we do not offer pick-up points / relay delivery at this time.
2) Processing times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3) Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and start after your order has been shipped (processing time is separate).
- France: 5–10 business days
- Germany: 5–11 business days
- Belgium: 6–10 business days
- Italy: 4–9 business days
- Spain: 5–10 business days
- Ireland: 6–11 business days
- Netherlands: 4–9 business days
- Switzerland: 5–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–9 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 4–9 business days
- Australia: 4–9 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs procedures (outside the EU), carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods (e.g., holidays).
4) Shipping cost

Flat-rate shipping: $4.99

Free shipping: on orders $50
5) Tracking
We provide tracking for 100% of orders.
Tracking is sent automatically as soon as it becomes available.
6) Split shipments (multiple parcels)
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may be shipped in more than one parcel.
If your order is split, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
7) Customs & duties (DDP shipping)
We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) methods whenever available, which means duties and taxes are handled upfront and you should not be charged additional import fees upon delivery. If you are charged any unexpected fees at delivery, please contact us at contact@theroommates-shop.com with proof (receipt/invoice), and we will review the situation.
8) Address changes & cancellations
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Address changes: We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. If you contact us before your order ships, we may be able to update it depending on the fulfillment status.

Cancellations: If you contact us before your order ships, we can request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
9) Delivery issues
Marked as “Delivered” but not received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Lost parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either a reshipment or a refund, based on your preference and subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome.
Refused / unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused or not collected and returned to sender, we can issue a refund once the parcel is received back and inspected.
